Capital One is seeking an experienced Manager, Channel Manager: Social Media to oversee the strategy and execution of our social media funnel. You will work with stakeholders across the business to drive member communications, engagement, and strong brand storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead channel planning, content development, and analytics, with hands-on editing and KPI-focused optimization, on a hybrid schedule at Capital One offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 5 years of experience within an agency or client side handling social media strategy, with experience managing social media channels.
• Experience leading social media strategy and hands-on execution in large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute channel strategy under the Channel Lead, including platform plans, audience priorities, content pillars, and testing opportunities.
• Shape hooks, pacing, sequencing, captions, and asset selection; perform hands-on editing when needed.
• Manage the calendar, balancing brand storytelling with events, talent, partnerships and cultural moments.
