Business Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST (With a 30-minute daily check-in scheduled anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST)

What You'll Do
As a Social Media Assistant, you will support the brand’s online presence by creating and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and tracking social media performance. You will work closely with the CEO to help grow the audience, foster engagement, and maintain a consistent, on-brand voice across platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, create, and schedule posts, stories, reels, and infographics across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, increase reach, and boost engagement
- Design and edit short-form videos and visual content using existing dance footage or sourced content via Creatify or similar tools.
- Create engaging visual content such as graphics and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Write captions and select hashtags using AI tools like ChatGPT, ensuring alignment with the brand voice.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
- Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing:
- Respond to comments, like and reshare tagged posts during posting times.
- Monitor DMs and interact with followers to nurture leads and build community loyalty.
- Reporting, Communication & Administrative Support:
- Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.
- Share insights, challenges, and opportunities with the CEO regularly.
- Assist with scheduling, file organization, and light editorial tasks such as proofreading and fact-checking.
What You Should Have
Must-haves:
- At least one year of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for brands or organizations.
- Proven experience in a remote or virtual working environment providing social media content creation or assistance.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skills in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Ability to edit short videos using platforms like Creatify or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with ChatGPT or similar AI for drafting captions and content, with the ability to personalize and tailor copy to match the brand's voice.
- Comfortable engaging with followers in real-time (likes, comments, DMs).
- Experience nurturing leads and building online communities through consistent interaction.
- Experience using social media analytics tools (native platform insights or third-party tools) to track and report performance.
