Job summary

Harvard Kennedy School, part of Harvard University, seeks a dynamic Program Coordinator to drive the Social Innovation Fellows Program and related educational initiatives. You will partner with faculty, staff, students, and external practitioners to design, implement, and evaluate programming that advances social innovation.

The role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and data-informed improvements, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, sessions, workshops, and global stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience with educational program delivery, project management, or related administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently drives coordination of Social Innovation Fellows Program and Beck VSI Program, as well as other education programming.
• Builds positive relationships with SICI team, students, alumni, and partners to achieve program goals.
• Contributes to SICI strategic priorities, including pedagogical codification, dissemination, influence, and expansion.
• Supports development of educational programming in collaboration with leadership and prepares for strategy meetings and weekly briefings.
• Availability to work 2 evenings/week and 1 weekend/semester; occasional travel.
• Assists with data collection and analysis for evaluation of program outcomes.
