Job summary

Harvard Kennedy School's Social Innovation and Change Initiative seeks an experienced Program Coordinator to drive the Social Innovation Fellows Program and Beck VSI program, while supporting education activities and coaching. You will coordinate events, manage communications, and analyze outcomes as part of a high-performing team.

The role requires availability two evenings per week and one weekend per semester, with occasional travel. Join a mission-driven environment at Harvard.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in educational program delivery or project management.
• Availability to work 2 evenings per week and 1 weekend per semester.
• Experience coordinating with students, alumni, staff, and faculty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate Social Innovation Fellows Program and Beck VSI Program.
• Plan, schedule, and document program delivery, including events and workshops.
• Provide timely communications to alumni, students, and participants.
• Coordinate content development with faculty and teaching teams.
• Support coaching meetings and track program outcomes with data.
• Uphold SICI cultural norms and support community engagement.
