Job summary

United Way Of Metropolitan Dallas is seeking a Manager, Social Innovation Network to steward the network of alumni, mentors and volunteers. The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating engagements, and providing meaningful ways for people to stay involved in United Way’s social innovation work.

The position reports to the VP, Innovation & Design and requires strong relationship-building, organizational, and project-management skills to support programs, events, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement and relationship management.
• Experience planning events, convenings, or similar activities.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, engage, and coordinate volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Alumni, mentors, advisors, and volunteers.
• Coordinate year-round engagement opportunities for the network.
• Plan and execute alumni, mentor, volunteer events and experiences.
• Manage portfolio reporting and maintain CRM records for alumni and ventures.
