Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Alumni Relations Manager to execute and strengthen a high-impact alumni engagement strategy, stewarding a growing network of alumni to deepen engagement, connections, and long-term influence.

As an individual contributor, you will translate strategy into action, identify opportunities to improve engagement, and build trusted relationships across a diverse policy network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, talent networks, public policy, or community building.
• Strong execution and relationship-management capabilities within complex, high-touch networks.
• Experience improving and scaling engagement programs over time.
• Comfort using CRM systems, engagement metrics, and data to guide decisions.
• Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate effectively in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Activate and strengthen the alumni network.
• Drive talent and opportunity flow across policy, geographic, and career-based cohorts.
• Inform high-value programming and experiences through feedback from alumni.
• Leverage data and systems to track participation, relationships, and network outcomes.
• Strengthen partnerships and network connectivity across internal teams and external partners.
