Job summary

United Way of Metropolitan Dallas is seeking an Impact Coordinator to design, implement, and track community initiatives across Education, Income, and Health in North Texas. You will coordinate multi-party programs, manage timelines, and report on outcomes to drive measurable impact.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program management or nonprofit settings, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in urban planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience required. Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
  • Experience in program development and management, nonprofit management strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen existing relationships and coordinate programming & event support with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate program operations, resources, reporting, and metric indicators for initiative progress.
  • Work with community partners to facilitate program expansion and achieve initiative goals.
  • Manage deadlines and progress across teams to ensure timely delivery of all tasks and outputs.
  • Facilitate administrative needs of the team and affiliated programs, maintaining high output standards.
  • Track and report on outcomes, conduct analyses of progress, processes, and procedures.
