Job summary

Panorama Global is seeking a Program Officer, Social Impact to lead projects across diverse issue areas within the Managed and Supported portfolio. The role involves collaboration with operations, external affairs, and other teams, and requires an entrepreneurial mindset in a matrixed environment.

The position reports to the Associate Director, Social Impact and may supervise contributors or interns. Based in Seattle or New York, the role is in-office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering social impact projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing complex partner or donor relationships.
• Experience with project management and budgets in nonprofit ops.
• Cross-cultural fluency and working with partners in different contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and significant workstreams within the Managed and Supported portfolio.
• Develop project strategy and ensure delivery of milestones and impact.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement with donors, partners, and clients.
• Coordinate and supervise external consultants or vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with measurement and evaluation to align with theory of change.
• Support donor relationship management, reporting, and funder engagement.
• Supervise Individual Contributors or Interns and coach their growth.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
