Job summary

The Sobrato Organization seeks a Community Impact Operations Manager to lead planning, execution of program implementation, and alignment across stakeholders. This role coordinates across the leadership team and external partners to ensure seamless program execution and impactful outcomes.

The position supports the VP and Directors with data-driven recommendations, meeting summaries, and strategic planning while maintaining rigorous administrative systems and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data to inform recommendations for program strategy.
• Experience in multi-phase program implementation and coordination.
• Strong planning, organizing, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with governance and partners.

Responsibilities

• Set program leadership and team agendas, draft correspondence, and prepare summaries and presentations.
• Coordinate team meetings, monitor work plans and scorecards, and support special events.
• Communicate with grantees and external partners; provide admin support to VP and directors.
• Ensure discretion and transparent communication with stakeholders, including governance members.
