Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations across Bonterra's solutions
• Dissect client needs and configure tailored, scalable deployments
• Document requirements, timelines, and budgets clearly
• Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and translate technical features
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Maintain relationships with client leaders and staff
• Identify risks early and escalate with leadership when needed
• Keep project records in Salesforce and Monday.com
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
