Job summary

Bonterra is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead complex client implementations across its Case Management product suite and Fundraising Solutions. You will design and configure tailored solutions, work with nonprofit leadership, and empower clients with the skills to own their solutions long-term.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, onboarding consultants, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Active listening to quickly understand a company’s structure, goals, and data needs.
• Ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort.
• Problem-solving skills with technical agility in ambiguous situations.
• Strong relationship-building and independent work ability.
• Clear verbal and written communication, capable of breaking down complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations across Bonterra’s Case Management and/or Fundraising Solutions.
• Architect tailored solutions addressing staffing, data migration, and integrations.
• Balance client satisfaction with project budgets and timelines.
• Acquire and maintain deep expertise across the product suite; design creative, custom solutions when templates don’t fit.
• Conduct discovery to understand client org structure, goals, data needs, and migration requirements.
• Maintain project records in Salesforce and Monday.com and mentor junior team members.
