Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced Social Impact Data & Insights Analyst to mine large datasets, extract actionable insights, and create visualizations that support HP's social impact programs and commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with regional PR teams, prepare materials for media and policymakers, and help plan public affairs initiatives with cross-functional teams. Strong data skills and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Journalism/Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Science, Business Demonstration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 7–10 years of work experience in government affairs, educational programs, public policy/relations, philanthropy, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional PR teams to drive global communications objectives.
• Organize and facilitate visits, events and activities to engage external stakeholders.
• Support outreach with policymakers, industry players, academia, and key opinion formers.
• Prepare information for media release and coordinate inputs from SMEs before public release.
• Prepare detailed reports and responses to inquiries.
• Work with international teams to build consensus across stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for government affairs events.
• Contribute strategic thinking to planning through analytical and creative approaches.
