Job summary

You will mentor a full creative team, inspire ideation, and partner with senior leadership to ensure brand objectives are met while pushing the boundaries of social storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional creative experience from a creative/advertising agency with portfolio in interactive/social

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver creative solutions for a variety of clients and campaigns.
• Mentor and manage a full creative team including ACDs, lead creators and designers.
• Lead development and growth of team members with mentorship and performance evaluation.
• Attend client meetings and communicate creative vision clearly to stakeholders.
• Capture insights to drive TTL, digital and platform-specific social campaigns.
