Job summary

Skill is seeking a visionary Art Director, Social Creative to join our team and support a global brand. You will craft visually distinctive, social-first campaigns, working with a Senior Copywriter to translate insights into platform-native concepts and scalable content systems.

As a hands-on creator, you’ll collaborate with creators, agencies, and marketing teams to produce motion, video, and graphic content while upholding high craft standards across multiple brands and formats.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social-first creative for modern platforms.
• Strong design and art direction to translate ideas into visuals.
• Deep understanding of visual culture and creator communities.
• Proficient in motion, video, graphic design, and creator content.
• Able to balance needs of multiple brands and audiences.
• Curious, adaptive, and energized for experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Senior Copywriter to develop social-first concepts, content platforms, and campaign activations.
• Translate audience insights and social strategies into compelling visual ideas and platform-native creative solutions.
• Develop scalable design systems, content frameworks, and visual storytelling approaches adaptable across formats and channels.
• Create and guide the production of diverse social content, including design, motion graphics, video, creator-led initiatives, and emerging formats.
• Collaborate effectively with creators, agency partners, production teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality work.
• Bring creative ideas to life through expert art direction, design, storyboards, and meticulous execution, upholding high craft and innovation.
