Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Proven ability to identify cultural trends and translate them into engaging, high-performing content strategies.
• Experience developing creative briefs, mood boards, content calendars, and strategic presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social media insights and performance data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for beauty, consumer trends, and digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based content concepts that align with brand priorities and trends.
• Partner with Social Media Marketing Lead to translate campaign objectives into social-first content strategies.
• Build and maintain content calendars aligned with platform best practices and business goals.
• Recommend optimal content formats, posting cadence, and channel strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
