• Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) is required.
• Work experience: 2–4 years in a related field.
• Skills: Content Strategy, Social Media Content Creation, Video Editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based content concepts aligning with brand priorities and social trends.
• Translate campaign objectives into social-first content strategies with the Social Media Marketing Lead.
• Build and maintain content calendars across platform-specific best practices.
• Recommend optimal content formats, posting cadence, and channel strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor beauty, fashion, lifestyle and cultural trends to identify timely content opportunities.
• Create detailed creative briefs, mood boards, storyboards, and inspiration decks for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content Production, and Influencer teams to ensure content reflects platform trends and brand consistency.
