Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Port Washington, NY is seeking a Web Designer / Art Director to lead digital creative direction, web design, and e-commerce content for KISS Colors & Care brands across DTC sites, Amazon, Walmart, and campaigns.

This manager-level role blends hands-on design execution with art direction, brand consistency, collaboration across Marketing, E‑Commerce, and external partners, and ongoing creative optimization to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 8–10 years of Digital Design, Web Design, E‑Commerce Creative, Art Direction, or related design experience.
• Beauty, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E‑Commerce industry background preferred.
• Strong hands-on design skills with the ability to provide art direction across digital, web, promotional, and e‑commerce creative.
• Experience with website design, digital asset development, Amazon/Walmart content creation, A+ content, and digital merchandising assets.
• Strong understanding of web layout, UX design, wireframing, responsive design, digital content hierarchy, and digital optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma, CMS platforms, or other digital design and web tools — Preferred
• Experience using AI tools to support creative development, image enhancement, workflow efficiency, or content optimization — Preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and execution skills
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital creative direction and web design to support objectives.
• Plan, design, and art direct web pages, landing pages, banners, and campaigns for DTC, email, SMS, paid ads, and social.
• Develop and maintain e‑commerce assets for Amazon, Walmart, and other retailers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Unit, Social, E‑Commerce, Multimedia, Developers, and external partners.
• Monitor and maintain brand consistency across DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and other digital channels.
• Analyze creative performance, apply insights, and support AI-driven optimization.
• Participate in meetings, briefs, photoshoots, creative reviews, and trainings as needed.
• Provide internal client and team support with organized documentation and workflow tracking.
