Job summary

Tombras, an independent full‑service advertising agency, seeks an Art Director and Copywriter for our Creative Social Teams in Knoxville and Portland. You will craft world-class social-first campaigns, collaborating with design, copy, strategy, videography, and editors in-house to deliver real-time, trend-driven work.

You’ll join a top independent agency known for award-winning work and a culture that promotes fast, impactful creativity across national brands.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of ad agency experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong design/animation skills
• Experience writing and producing social-first campaigns across platforms
• Public speaking and presenting concepts to leadership and clients
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Connect brands to real people in real-time on social platforms
• Write world-class creative for clients across multiple industries
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers, editors, designers and animators in-house
• Work at rapid speed to capitalize on social trends and platform features
• Present concepts to agency leadership and clients with confidence
