Tombras is seeking an Associate Social Copywriter to craft social-first ideas rooted in culture and to collaborate with a dynamic team in Portland, OR. You’ll contribute to integrated campaigns across social, digital, and brand experiences, writing in a distinct brand voice and helping produce content for multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of ad agency experience (or related work), a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a passion for creative

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ad agency experience or related work/training.
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns.
• Ability to write in distinct brand voice and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, and Content Creators to develop social-first ideas rooted in culture.
• Contribute to integrated campaigns that connect across social, digital, and brand experiences.
• Write with a distinct brand voice and bring fresh thinking to client work, brainstorms, and new business pitches.
• Help create work that people genuinely want to watch, share, and engage with.
• Concept, write, edit, and help produce content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
• Develop content calendars, social campaigns, reactive content, and day-to-day social assets.
• Create content that feels native to each platform while supporting broader brand objectives.
• Edit short-form video and collaborate with production partners to bring larger creative ideas to life.
