Job summary

Tombras is seeking an Art Director and Copywriter for our Creative Social Teams in Knoxville or Portland. You will craft social-first campaigns for beloved national brands, collaborating across art, copy, strategy, and video to produce fast, engaging content.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio and 2–4 years of ad agency experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and animation, plus solid knowledge of major social platforms. Relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio is ideal, but 2–4 years of ad agency experience or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and animation skills.
• Working knowledge of major social platforms (FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Public speaking skills to present ideas clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Connect brands to real people in real-time with social-first campaigns.
• Write world-class work for clients across CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR, retail and luxury automotive.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and editors in-house.
• Operate at social speed to produce exceptional and impactful creative.
• Present concepts to agency leadership and clients with confidence.
