Job summary

Tombras, a 600+ person national advertising agency, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy for our Creative Department in Knoxville, TN. Relocation assistance may be provided.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape the vision, direct cross-disciplinary teams, and develop high-impact TV, social and digital campaigns for key clients. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills are essential, and a strong awards-winning portfolio is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong, produced portfolio across TV, social and digital campaigns.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and visual storytelling with persuasive presenting ability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement vision for the client and team
• Partner with an Art Director to develop TV, social and digital campaigns
• Lead cross-disciplinary development and execution of short- and long-term creative strategies
• Coordinate with creative director and resource manager on staffing for client projects
• Direct and guide art directors and writers in advertising creation
• Deliver internal presentations to senior creative personnel and clients
