Job summary

Tombras, a 600+ person national advertising agency, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy for our Creative Department in Knoxville, TN. You’ll work with the CCO and Directors to shape vision, and lead cross-disciplinary development of campaigns across TV, social, and digital channels.

You’ll manage and mentor writers, collaborate with an Art Director, and present concepts to clients and senior leaders. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with TV, social and digital work.
• Experience guiding creative teams and partnering with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into creative concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CCO and Creative Directors to set vision for client and team.
• Partner with Art Director to develop TV, social and digital campaigns.
• Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development of short- and long-term creative strategies.
• Coordinate with leadership on resource planning and assignments.
• Guide daily execution from concept to client deliverables.
• Direct and guide writers and art directors in advertising outputs.
• Deliver presentations to senior staff and clients.
