Job summary

SUPER73, Inc. is seeking a Content Producer and Editor who lives and breathes social content. You will own the filming and editing of brand content across channels, bringing ideas to life from behind-the-scenes footage to trending social videos and long-form YouTube edits.

You should be fast, creative, and comfortable on camera, delivering authentic content daily. You’ll be on the ground at our Irvine HQ, community events, and showroom, with occasional shoots across the country.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience creating and editing content for social media or lifestyle brands
• Excellent editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Final Cut Pro X
• Experience producing documentary-style content, vlogs, and lifestyle storytelling
• Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments and travel domestically/internationally

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creation of organic content across all SUPER73 social channels, from concept to final delivery
• Identify authentic moments worth filming: events, product development, HQ life, and larger productions
• Stay ahead of social trends and proactively bring new content ideas to the team
• Develop and execute creative concepts with minimal oversight to tell compelling brand stories
• Produce a wide range of formats: short-form videos, BTS, event coverage, YouTube edits, and lifestyle storytelling
• Edit quickly to support daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook
• Create supporting digital assets using Photoshop and Illustrator

Job description

We're looking for a Content Producer and Editor who is genuinely obsessed with creating; someone with a sharp eye for social media trends, a real pulse on organic content culture, and an authentic love for the SUPER73 brand. This is not a filmmaker role. We want a self-starter with strong editing intuition and acumen who is fast, creative, and hungry to produce every single day.

You’ll own the filming and editing of brand content across all channels, bringing both your own creative ideas and team concepts to life. From behind-the-scenes footage on larger shoot days to trending social videos, ad cuts, sizzle reels, day-to-day vlogs, and longer YouTube edits; you’ll have the range and drive to do it all. If you have an idea, we want you to run with it. No hand-holding, no waiting for direction…just great content, consistently. We’re looking for someone who can confidently walk into a ride, meeting, product review, warehouse, or event and immediately begin capturing content with little to no setup.

This role is on the ground: regularly in our Irvine HQ, at community events locally and occasionally across the country, at our San Clemente showroom, and out in LA where the majority of our creator community lives. You’ll also lend a hand on larger productions and shoot days as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day creation of organic content across all SUPER73 social channels; from concept through final delivery, ensuring there's always fresh, engaging content in production.
• Identify and capture authentic moments worth filming: product development, community events, everyday life around HQ, larger productions, and everything in between.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and cultural moments; proactively bring new content ideas to the team on an ongoing basis.
• Independently develop creative concepts and execute them with minimal oversight, constantly looking for new opportunities to tell compelling brand stories with both humor and sincerity.
• Produce a wide range of content formats: short-form social videos, behind-the-scenes, event coverage, ad cuts, sizzle reels, YouTube long-form, documentary-style vlogs, and lifestyle storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating self-recorded content when appropriate, helping bring authenticity and personality to SUPER73’s social channels.
• Develop documentary-style content that showcases product development, internal milestones, company culture, and the creative process behind the brand.
• Travel to community events, creator shoots, retail locations, and brand activations to capture authentic experiences.
• Assist on larger production shoots by capturing BTS footage and creating complementary social content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Design teams to support campaign launches, product releases, partnerships, and the overall marketing calendar.
• Edit quickly and efficiently to support daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Create supporting digital assets including graphics, thumbnails, and campaign static assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Organize media assets and maintain an efficient workflow to ensure a steady pipeline of publish-ready content.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience creating and editing content for social media or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Excellent editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Final Cut Pro X
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred). Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other editing platforms is a plus, with the ability to create digital graphics, campaign assets, social creative, and thumbnails — basic Adobe Illustrator experience is also a plus
• Working knowledge of Canon and Sony camera systems
• Experience producing documentary-style content, vlogs, and lifestyle storytelling
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, creators, and platform best practices
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with lighting, color correction, color grading, audio editing, and post-production workflows
• Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments including headquarters, retail locations, events, productions, and community rides
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who proactively develops and executes creative ideas with minimal direction
• Graphic design and motion graphics experience is a plus
• A flexible mindset and approach to work, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Must be able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
• Passion for the SUPER73 brand, action sports, motorcycles, cycling, automotive, or lifestyle culture is highly preferred

Salary: $71-75,000.00 based on experience and skill set.
