Job summary

VaynerMedia LLC in New York seeks a design-focused professional to join our team, delivering social-first design communications for diverse clients. You will work with creative leads to develop visuals and campaigns, while contributing to presentation materials and workshop tools.

You will collaborate on briefs, refine typography, and create engaging motion graphics, illustrations, and UI/UX-aligned designs for social platforms in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of design experience for digital/social campaigns.
• Strong typography skills and comfort with Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; design, editing, animation.
• Illustration and video/motion graphics are a plus.
• Understanding of UI/UX and social media design constraints.

Responsibilities

• Work within a dynamic team with creative leads to support campaigns.
• Execute and produce design communications for social platforms.
• Assist in creating presentation/workshop documents and tools.
• Composite and execute ideas across various social channels.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams on tight timelines.
• Attend brainstorms and contribute design strategy.
• Help develop design concepts based on briefs and client strategy.
