Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in visual design or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience creating motion graphics and dynamic content for digital channels.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
• Strong typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing branded assets, templates, and scalable design systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create motion graphics and animated content to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Translate static concepts into dynamic visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop layouts, templates, and design systems scalable across channels and campaigns.
• Apply typography, composition, hierarchy, and branding principles to all work.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and strategic teams to develop concepts.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual direction during brainstorming and development.
• Support ongoing brand evolution and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
