Job summary

LHH in New York, NY is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to craft compelling content across digital, social, and marketing channels. You will blend strong design fundamentals with motion and animation to bring concepts to life, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in visual design or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience creating motion graphics and dynamic content for digital channels.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
• Strong typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing branded assets, templates, and scalable design systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience preferred.

We are partnering with a growing agency to identify a talented visual designer who can create compelling content across digital, social, presentation, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals who can also bring designs to life through motion and animation. The successful candidate will balance strategic visual thinking with hands-on execution, creating work that is both visually engaging and consistent across a variety of platforms and formats.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office expected in mid-town Manhattan. Portfolio required for consideration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related creative field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and dynamic content for digital channels
• Proficiency with Figma or similar collaborative design platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to balance creative excellence with efficiency in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience developing branded assets, templates, and scalable design systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience preferred
