The Role

As our Content Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for defining our brand voice, building a scalable content strategy, and leading the creation of high-impact, high-velocity content across platforms. You’ll manage a team of Social Content Creators who will build and shape the social voice of a growing brand in a culture-driven category. This person will manage a content calendar with a sharp cadence, test new formats, and help turn Courtyard into a destination for collectors everywhere.

What You’ll Do

• Define and evolve our brand tone: fun, premium, fast-moving, credible
• Produce content that drives measurable consumer engagement, consistently delivering strong attention metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
• Develop a scalable content roadmap and weekly calendar
• Script, shoot, and edit content in-house, balancing studio-quality with UGC-style content
• Run weekly content performance reviews (views, shares, saves, comments), identify high-performing formats and double down
• Manage and mentor a small, nimble team of content creators and freelancers
• Take risks! Have fun. Stand out!

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of social content creation and strategy experience, ideally at a start-up, consumer brand, or creator-led business
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Hands-on experience scripting, filming, and editing short-form and long-form content
• Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for what makes content resonate
• Data-driven mindset, ability to turn analytics into actionable content decisions
• Experience managing content creators/freelancers
• Bonus: Background in collectibles, trading cards, or hype culture communities
