Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role with ocassional visits to 2 Montgomery St, Jersey City, NJ for a Consultant with the Enterprise Asset Data Catalog Implementation & Support Team (EAM Program) at Toll International LLC. This position is based in Jersey City, NJ. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting asset data catalogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing asset management processes. Daily tasks include data analysis, communication with stakeholders, and providing financial insights related to asset management and investments.

Scope of Work

Overview:

Toll International, in collaboration with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, is seeking experienced consultants to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a web-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Data Catalog aligned with IBM Maximo. This high-visibility initiative focuses on improving data integrity, standardization, and system integration across critical infrastructure portfolios.

We are hiring multiple specialists to fulfill the following technical and administrative roles under a multi-year consulting engagement.

•Lead end-to-end project delivery per Port Authority guidelines

•Submit project management plans, risk registers, billing forecasts, and progress reports

•Coordinate biweekly status meetings and manage stakeholder communications

•Serve as system admin for the EAM Data Catalog

•Ensure data accuracy, access controls, version control, and catalog availability

•Coordinate system updates, user support, and governance compliance

3. Software Developer (Full-Stack or Front-End/Back-End)

•Design, develop, and deploy the web-based data catalog in DEV and PROD environments

•Implement UI/UX features, API integrations, and data visualization tools

•Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and user-centered design

4. Database Administrator

•Maintain ARID and Data Catalog databases including backups, audit logs, and freeze vaults

•Manage schema updates, asset hierarchy records, classification data, and load sheets

•Support system change request workflows and interface with IBM Maximo

5. Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist

•Develop and execute test cases, UAT protocols, and system validation reports

•Conduct regression and integration testing for catalog deployments and enhancements

•Track issue resolution and change log updates

6. Security & Access Control Specialist

•Configure and monitor role-based access using Active Directory integration

•Support onboarding, NDA, and compliance documentation

•Implement cybersecurity protocols in alignment with Port Authority IT standards

Minimum Qualifications (All Roles):

•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable technical role

•Experience supporting database-driven platforms and data governance programs

•Familiarity with IBM Maximo or other CMMS platforms

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Some Roles):

•Experience with MXLoader, Azure DevOps, and SCBD diagram management

•Prior work with public agencies or infrastructure asset management

•Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote setting

Location & Work Conditions:

•Primary location: Remote with occasional work at 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ

•Flexible work hours, with standard workdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

•Compliance with onboarding, security clearance, and Port Authority holiday schedules required
