Learfield is seeking a dynamic content professional to collaborate with athletics teams and create engaging NIL and branded content across social platforms. You will craft platform-specific plans, collaborate with school teams, and support the full creative process from concept to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of creative content experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while partnering with local and national sales teams.

• 3+ years crafting content that drives engagement and measurable results.
• 1+ year developing social strategy for team or brand accounts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with athletics content teams to produce NIL and branded content in defined voice across platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content plans and publishing strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Create original branded and NIL content with school teams to drive fan engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Support development of custom-branded content for local Learfield property sales teams.
• Create content for multimedia audio/video, animation, graphics, and sponsorable content.
• Serve as liaison between athletics department content team, local and national sales, and Supervising Producer.
• Support the creative process from concept to final deliverables, including writing, producing, shooting, and sometimes editing oversight.
• Develop social strategy for Vol Network programming and asset deliverables with athletics social content team.
• Assist Supervising Producer and University production teams in Learfield-led original content initiatives.
• Participate in Learfield live-action shoots and on-site content opportunities at the University.
