Job summary

Learfield is seeking a dynamic social media professional to lead content creation, strategy, and publishing for university brand accounts. You will partner with athletics teams to develop original, branded, and NIL content that engages fans and drives revenue opportunities for local and national sales teams.

The role demands strong copywriting, video/planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing creative content that drives engagement and measurable results.
• 1+ year developing social strategy for team or brand accounts.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with content creators, partners, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting concepts to leadership.
• Creative thinker with ability to generate ideas that support goals.
• Strong administrative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with athletics content teams to produce NIL and branded content across social platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content plans and publishing strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook.
• Create original, branded and NIL video and social content with school teams to drive fan engagement.
• Support development of custom-branded social content for local Learfield property sales teams.
• Assist in content creation for multimedia audio/video, animation, graphics, and sponsorable content.
• Serve as liaison between athletics, local sales teams, and national sales.
• Support the creative process from concept to final deliverables, including writing, producing, shooting, and supervising editing as needed.
• Develop social strategy for Vol Network programming with athletics social content team.
