Job summary

Creative Edge Parties is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across its brand portfolio. You will assist with social media, content production, community management, partnerships, campaigns, and coordinating deliverables and assets.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social & Brand Strategy, you will gain hands-on experience across social media, brand marketing, content, and strategic partnerships. This hybrid, New York-based role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of social media, content marketing, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and the broader social landscape.
• Graphic design experience is a major plus.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, hospitality, events, or lifestyle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate social content deliverables across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Support content ideation and create, film, and edit Reels, Stories, TikToks, and other social-first content.
• Assist with community engagement and social listening.
• Monitor trends, platform changes, and relevant cultural moments, sharing opportunities with the marketing team.
• Repurpose event photography and video into compelling social content.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to gather event details and assets.
• Attend internal meetings as needed to document upcoming events and marketing needs.
• Maintain and organize the internal photo library.
• Keep marketing timelines and deliverables organized and up to date.
• Attend select events, shoots, tastings, and activations to capture content.
• Support editorial shoots, campaigns, partnerships, collaborations, and special creative projects.
• Support partnership-related marketing deliverables, research, and project needs.
• Track social performance and prepare reporting as needed.
