Job summary

Luxury Trips in Winter Park, FL seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our downtown office full-time. You will develop social media, format blogs, update the website and run email campaigns, while collaborating with travel experts to craft itineraries and promotions.

The role emphasizes organized, creative communication, WordPress familiarity, and CRM tooling. You’ll contribute to sales updates, manage supplier assets, and support event and collateral creation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with WordPress, a blogging and website design platform (preferred)
• Experience with HubSpot (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
• Experience with Wetu (preferred)
• Understanding of SEO/SEM (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing a social media strategy; create copy, pull images and schedule social media posts
• Format blog posts (pull and format images, set up internal linking and SEO)
• Assist with website updates including design and updating/maintaining SEO
• Create content, design and schedule marketing email campaigns for clients who’ve traveled with us, booked trips, or leads
• Product development; create sample itineraries and update pricing for the upcoming season
• Assist in developing and maintaining a referral program
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a process for sending gifts to clients
• Assist in creating new collateral and presentations for clients and travel agents
• Compile a concise weekly sales update email based on supplier updates
• Keep supplier folders up to date with latest rate sheets, images, etc.
• Maintain contact database in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365
