Locations include Stamford, CT or New York, NY. The role involves coordinating conferences, webinars, client events, and vendor relationships while producing clear communications and reports.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis to industry conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate events, conferences, tradeshows, and webinars.
• Oversee promotional items, branding, and client gifts.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and venues.
• Create and publish social posts across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Draft and edit email communications, presentations, newsletters, and posts.
• Compile analytics for marketing campaigns and automation tools.
• Assist business development with recruiting initiatives and onboarding.
