NewEdge Capital Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support cross-functional marketing efforts across NewEdge Wealth and related entities. Stamford, CT or New York, NY locations.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, event coordination, social media management, vendor relations, and analytics. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and client-focused messaging. Eligible for a bonus program along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills: polished, courteous and patient.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers with planning and execution of campaigns, business development support, and strategic initiatives across NewEdge Wealth and NewEdge Capital Group.
• Coordinate and prepare events, including national conferences, tradeshows, client events, and webinars.
• Oversee corporate promotional items, sourcing promotional products, apparel, and client gifts.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors such as photographers and venues.
• Manage the planning and execution of social posts across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Assist in drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting email communications and presentations.
• Compile analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns and automation tools.
• Support the business development team with recruiting initiatives.
