Advantice Health, LLC's Social + Community Team (the VIBE) seeks a social content lead who can bring our brands to life across organic and paid social, taking ideas from concept to live execution. This hands-on role covers shooting, editing, and adapting formats for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more, collaborating across creator, brand, and paid media teams.

You'll own day-to-day content calendars, translate brand priorities into always-on plans, and drive performance using learnings and trend

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, social content, creative production, digital marketing, or related role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and static creative.
• Comfortable shooting and editing video independently, including mobile-first content.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social content calendars across our portfolio, translating brand priorities and trends into always-on content plans
• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other formats
• Create static and carousel content that feels native to social while matching each brand’s look and voice
• Transform influencer content into paid social assets, including cutdowns and platform adaptations
• Develop new paid social creative with our agency when creator content isn’t the right fit
• Move quickly on trends and cultural opportunities to stay relevant and brand-right
• Partner with VIBE, Brand, Regulatory, and agency teams to move content from idea to live execution
• Use learnings to improve creative, formats, hooks, and strategy
• Help manage day-to-day content organization and assets in Air
• Experiment with AI and new tools to speed content development and workflows
