Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional social media experience, ideally with a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong instinct for relevant, engaging content that fits the brand.
• Able to manage a social content calendar from ideation through publishing and performance analysis.
• Proficient in on-camera presence, concepting, filming, and editing social-first video.
• Experience managing community engagement and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day content calendar across social platforms with consistent messaging.
• Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates to seize timely opportunities.
• Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce to support storytelling and campaigns.
• Attend brand activations and shoots to capture real-time content.
• Support influencer and creator partnerships, including contracting workflows.
