Job summary

Topo Designs is hiring a Social & Community Manager to lead our social channels, build our online community, and manage influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates. You’ll partner with the VP of Growth on strategy and calendar, then brief our in-house UGC creator, creative team, and outside creators.

You’ll measure performance, prune what’s not working, and grow a dedicated outdoors-engaged community for Topo.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in social media marketing, community management or influencer marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to set the organic social strategy and quarterly content themes
• Own and maintain the content calendar across all channels
• Write captions and copy that capture Topo's voice and drive engagement and clicks
• Publish and schedule across platforms; stay current on algorithm changes
• Identify, vet and recruit outdoor and lifestyle creators that fit the brand
• Manage ambassador and affiliate relationships, including terms, deliverables, product seeding and payouts
• Provide creative direction and brand guidelines to partners
• Source user-generated content and manage usage rights and permissions
• Flag top-performing creator content to Paid Media for whitelisting or ad use
• Engage daily with comments, DMs, tags and mentions
• Monitor brand conversations and social listening for opportunities and issues
• Route product and order questions to Customer Experience and close the loop
• Report monthly on follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic and social-driven revenue
• Track influencer and affiliate ROI by partner and campaign
• Run competitor and trend reviews to find content gaps
• Test new formats and posting cadences and share learnings
