Topo Designs LLC. is seeking an in-house UGC Content Creator to produce scroll-stopping phone-shot content for bags and apparel. You will concept, shoot, edit and iterate short-form video and photo built for performance, collaborating with the Senior Paid Media Manager to translate ad data into new hooks and variations.

You’ll also supply organic channel briefs to the Social & Community Manager, and maintain a clean content library while staying current on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form video content with a UGC portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Proven experience creating content for paid social (Meta, TikTok) with measurable results.
• Understanding how creative drives hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Strong editing skills in CapCut, Edits, Premiere, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable shooting on your own, phone-first, and on camera when needed.
• DTC ecommerce experience preferred; outdoor, travel, bags or apparel strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paid social creative (about 70% of time): Create UGC-style, testimonial, product demo and lifestyle content for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube ads.
• Produce multiple variations of each concept to test hooks, angles, messaging and CTAs.
• Partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager on a weekly test plan and read results together.
• Iterate fast on winning formats and build repeatable, scalable templates.
• Optimize every asset for hook rate, hold rate, CTR and conversion.
• Organic content (about 30% of time): Create posts, reels and stories from briefs written by the Social Media & Community Manager.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, team and product drop content.
• Direct and shoot phone-style content at all lifestyle and studio photoshoots for behind the scenes, fit check and brand storytelling content with on-set talent.
• Content operations: Maintain an organized, searchable content library with version tracking.
• Coordinate with the creative team so UGC-style work complements brand campaign content.
• Stay current on platform trends, creator best practices and new ad formats.
