Cozy Earth seeks a Director of Social Media to own our social strategy across channels and grow engagement. You’ll lead content planning, brand-aligned storytelling, and a high-volume calendar while mentoring a team of creators.

Partner with brand, creative, and marketing to push creative boundaries, harness platform trends, and translate insights into growth. This role supports a fast-growing lifestyle brand in Utah.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of social media experience, specifically Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and short-form video content.
• Strong collaboration with brand, creative, and marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end social media strategy across platforms.
• Lead high-volume content calendar and creative concepts.
• Partner with brand and marketing to reflect guidelines while innovating.
• Manage and coach a team of creators; set clear goals.
• Track KPIs and report insights to leadership regularly.
• Oversee community management and influencer relationships.
• Manage social content budget and paid amplification with marketing.
