Job summary

Topo Designs is seeking a Social & Community Manager in Denver to own the strategy, calendar, and the network of influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates. You will partner with the VP of Growth to develop the social program and measure performance.

Responsibilities include building content calendars, briefing creators, managing influencer relationships, and analyzing engagement to grow the outdoor community. This is a full-time exempt role with a $75k-$85k salary and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in social media marketing, community management or influencer marketing, ideally at a DTC or outdoor/lifestyle brand
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Proven record of growing organic reach, engagement and community on Instagram, Youtube and TikTok
• Hands-on experience running influencer, ambassador or affiliate programs, from micro-creators to larger partners
• Experience with scheduling and listening tools (Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar) and Meta Business Suite / TikTok for Business
• Comfortable with Figma or Adobe for light design (stories, carousels, graphics)

Responsibilities

• Social strategy & calendar: set organic social strategy and quarterly content themes
• Own and maintain the content calendar across channels
• Write briefs for creators and teams
• Write captions and copy that capture Topo's voice and drive engagement
• Publish and schedule across platforms; adapt to algorithm changes
• Influencer/ambassador/affiliate program: recruit creators and manage relationships
• Provide creative direction and brand guidelines to partners
• Source user-generated content and manage rights
• Flag top-performing creator content for Paid Media whitelisting
• Community management: engage daily with comments, DMs, tags and mentions
• Monitor brand conversations and social listening
• Route product questions to CX and close the loop
• Reporting & optimization: monthly follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic and revenue
• Track ROI by partner and campaign
• Run trend reviews and test new formats and cadence
