Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is offering a Social Commerce Intern role to support TikTok Shop US initiatives, with remote work from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency and affiliate management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's program and entering their Junior year, with a focus on developing business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and entering their third year.
• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop and major social commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok Shop US daily operations and campaign execution; monitor performance.
• Collect, organize and interpret social commerce and sales data for insights.
• Coordinate in‑person and virtual events; manage logistics and follow‑up.
• Assist with communication between the company and external agencies; track timelines.
• Support affiliate records and monitor performance metrics.
