Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is offering a Social Commerce Intern role to support TikTok Shop US initiatives, with remote work from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency and affiliate management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's program and entering their Junior year, with a focus on developing business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop and major social commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok Shop US daily operations and campaign execution; monitor performance.
• Collect, organize and interpret social commerce and sales data for insights.
• Coordinate in‑person and virtual events; manage logistics and follow‑up.
• Assist with communication between the company and external agencies; track timelines.
• Support affiliate records and monitor performance metrics.

The Role:We are seeking a motivated Social Commerce Intern to support our TikTok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. Key Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop Support:Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US. Monitoring and reporting on performance.
• Data Analysis:Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision‑making and reporting.
• Event Planning:Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow‑up communications.
• Agency Management:Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met.
• Affiliate Management:Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics.

• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour commensurate to experience.
