Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or related areas.
• Experience with social publishing and content management workflows.
• Experience supporting regulated review processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and monitor content using Sprout Social.
• Maintain editorial calendars in Notion.
• Review content for accuracy, formatting, and quality.
• Support social copywriting, captions, and content requests.
• Coordinate social collaboration and community monitoring.
• Coordinate reviews with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Upload and maintain materials within Veeva/Vault.
• Track revisions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure claims and approved language remain current.
• Maintain DAM systems and asset libraries.
• Manage metadata, permissions, and user access.
• Organize final production assets and creative files.
• Support labeling, artwork updates, and design workflows.
• Track marketing budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate creative vendors and production resources.
• Support product logistics, shipping, inventory, and event needs.
• Assist with event planning and execution.
• Support influencer campaigns and fulfillment logistics.
• Manage documentation, permissions, reporting, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams.
