About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and proactive Social Auxiliary Worker to join their Community Outreach team in **Tembisa, Gauteng**. This role involves providing direct social support services to individuals and families within the **Tembisa** community. You will work under the supervision of a Social Worker to assist clients with various needs, including accessing social grants, referrals to support services, basic counseling, and facilitating community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Social Workers in conducting assessments of client needs and circumstances.
• Provide direct support and practical assistance to clients, helping them navigate social welfare systems.
• Facilitate access to social grants, housing assistance, and other government and NGO services.
• Offer basic counseling and emotional support to individuals and families in distress.

Requirements
