About the Role

Our client, a leading non-profit organization committed to driving positive social change, is seeking an experienced and visionary Social Impact Program Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage innovative social impact programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Monitor program progress, measure impact, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or social sector.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful social impact programs.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and impact measurement.
