Soccer Shots is a fast-growing, intro-to-soccer program offered throughout the Northwestern VA territory. It serves children aged 2 to 8 years through relationships with private childcare centers and public park programs.
To provide coaching, administrative, and marketing support to the owner and to help identify and implement new programs.
The Assistant Program Coordinator joins a dedicated leadership team committed to delivering excellent community programs. The team values a strong work ethic, dedication to Soccer Shots' mission, communication skills, customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and creativity. The ideal candidate seeks growth, advancement, and increased responsibilities within the company.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work involves indoor/outdoor environments, including running and bending. Occasional moderate noise levels are expected. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with additional hours during busy seasons, including evenings and weekends.
