Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays: mornings, afternoons, evenings
• Saturdays and Sundays: mornings

The Job

• Create engaging sessions with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2-8, including setup and cleanup.
• Promote character development through positive reinforcement.
• Use Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Follow safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate with families and caregivers.
• Coach 5-6 sessions daily (28-32 weekly).
• Cover Boston and SE Mass locations.
• Perform administrative tasks (distribute flyers, conduct sales visits, set up at schools).

Qualifications

• No prior sports or coaching experience required.
• Passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, responsible, safety-conscious.
• Adaptability for ages 2-8.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate skills.
• Obtain necessary clearances.
