Soccer Shots works with preschools, daycares, elementary schools, and parks throughout Contra Costa County, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. We offer a high-energy, curriculum-based soccer program presented in a fun way! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills and character development, transcending the game itself.

Soccer Shots East Bay is seeking a new Director to lead and grow our program. You will collaborate with our experienced Assistant Director and owner to expand and improve Soccer Shots in our community.

Job Description:

The Director is responsible for managing all aspects of Soccer Shots operations and for growing and improving the program within our territory. Overall responsibilities include:

1. Prompt, reliable, and professional communication.
2. Hiring, training, and managing a staff of coaches who uphold excellence and foster a positive reputation.
3. Meeting weekly, seasonal, and annual goals.
4. Achieving seasonal performance targets, promoting, and marketing the program effectively before each season while maintaining current accounts.
5. Providing excellent customer service to all clients and partners.
6. Adhering to company policies and representing Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity.
7. Coaching high-energy, fun Soccer Shots classes.

Role/Classification:

This is a part-time salaried position with potential to transition to full-time as the program grows. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some Saturday mornings from 8 am to 12 pm. The role may require standing, running, walking, and outdoor communication during work hours.

• $35,000 annual salary plus commissions/profit sharing
