UNITED STATES SOCCER FEDERATION 1 is seeking an Event Production Coordinator to bring U.S. Soccer’s events to life through storytelling from concept to execution. The role supports the Event Department and collaborates with multiple departments on National Team matches, U.S.

Open Cup, and National Training Center events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong leadership, digital media skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Highly organized, professional and detail oriented.
Strong understanding of digital media including social media, website, app, etc.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all match presentation elements for U.S. National Team matches and events.
Develop event scripts, run of shows, and manage content for national team events, Open Cup matches and other special events.
Assist in management of digital graphics on video screens and ensure content delivery accuracy from partners to venues.
Coordinate integration of digital assets used at U.S. Soccer produced events.
Assist in production of events through creative thinking to enhance the in-stadium fan experience.
Coordinate and manage vendor orders and contractors and build cross-department alignment.
