Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation in Atlanta seeks an Event Production Coordinator to bring matches and events to life through storytelling and technical execution.

You will script run-of-show, manage digital graphics, coordinate vendors, and collaborate across departments to enhance the in-stadium fan experience.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, strong organization, leadership, and knowledge of digital media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professionalism and leadership are essential.
  • Highly organized, energetic and detail oriented.
  • Strong understanding of digital media including social media, website, app, etc.
  • Proficient in listed software such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • General knowledge of soccer.</br>Must connect micro details to macro vision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all match presentation elements for U.S. National Team matches and other hosted events at Arthur M. Blank Center.
  • Develop event scripts, run of shows, and manage content for national team events and Open Cup matches.
  • Assist in managing digital graphics on video boards, ensuring content meets specs.
  • Coordinate integration of digital assets used at U.S. Soccer produced events.
  • Assist production to enhance the in-stadium fan experience through creative planning.
  • Coordinate vendor orders and contractors and manage relationships and logistics.
  • Collaborate across departments for cross-Federation alignment and integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and develop new event concepts.
  • Assist with booking and logistics of event vendors (signage, pyrotechnics, sound, hosts, VIPs).
  • Other duties as assigned.
